Ryan Kasner
VP, Creative Director/COPY
Ryan has over a 15 years of creative agency leadership experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on digital strategy, creative execution, and finding new mediums to achieve a brand’s marketing goals.
He got his start writing for technology and telecom companies at big agencies on Madison Avenue before focusing on the healthcare space. He’s pursued work in public health and preventive medicine, including work on vaccines, patient and HCP education campaigns, and most recently on prophylactic treatments like HIV PrEP. A digital-first marketer, he’s been on leadership teams that explore the use of AI in healthcare and digital marketing, as well as finding new ways to connect brands with customers as our communication landscape evolves.
In addition to public and preventative health, Ryan has worked with brands in the gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, pain management, HIV/AIDS, mental health, smoking cessation, and wound care categories.

Karl Tiedemann
EVP, Management Director
Karl is a seasoned marketing expert who brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to the table. He has spearheaded the launch of nearly a dozen brands across a wide range of therapeutic categories, worked with clients both domestic and global, and at every stage of a brand’s lifecycle.
Before Invivo Brands, Karl was EVP, Management Director at a leading independent consumer agency, Rauxa, and EVP, Director of Client Services for ghg’s New York office and Razorfish Health’s New York and Philadelphia offices. There he led teams that were Digital AOR, HCP AOR, and Analytics AOR.
Karl has grown his career at some of the leading healthcare advertising agencies including KPR, McCann Health, LLNS, FCB Health, Wishbone, and Rosetta. He has partnered with a wide range of clients, including Abbott Nutrition, Allergan, Bayer Consumer Health, DaVita Medical Group, Genzyme, Janssen, MDVIP, Otsuka, Partnership for Drug-Free Kids, Pfizer, Purdue, Rite Aid, and WW.
Karl’s greatest pride comes from his relationships with the clients and his teams. He has worked with clients of all sizes. No matter who the client is, Karl and his team always work as an extension of the marketing team to create a true brand partnership. For his own teams, Karl focuses and drives career development of cross-discipline teams to deliver excellence.
He is a passionate thought leader in delivering client excellence and has given several talks in addition to writing several articles.
In his spare time, Karl spends as much time as possible outdoors in Bucks County, PA, with his 2 daughters, Samantha and Rowan.

Vjosa C. Mujko
Managing Partner
Management executive with more than 20 years of diverse healthcare communications experience, specializing in management of multi-million-dollar global brands and franchises.
Vjosa has extensive experience in leading unique and complex launches, global brand planning and implementation, leading cross-functional teams, and developing brand and franchise portfolios.
Therapeutic areas of expertise include: traditional pharmaceuticals (epilepsy, depression, metabolic diseases, pain, atrial fibrillation, PAH, diabetes, vaccines, antibiotics, HIV, oncology), specialized markets such as biotech, orphan and ultra-orphan categories, and medical devices.

Marlaina Lewis
SVP, Strategy
Strategy lead with experience elevating brands to market leadership through innovative, science-backed, and empathetic story telling
Marlaina is a seasoned strategy and medical expert who brings 13+ years of healthcare experience spanning early drug development to strategic marketing. Her track record includes driving brand differentiation, accelerating market adoption, and delivering insight-driven strategies rooted in scientific evidence across several therapeutic areas for Global and US clients.
Before INVIVO BRANDS, Marlaina was SVP, Strategy at Biolumina, a New York City-based oncology-focused agency. There, she led a team of strategist, driving key initiatives from pre-launch through launch across HCP and DTC marketing efforts. She has worked on several HCP and DTC educational campaigns that spanned across multiple channels, including social and TV.

Experienced healthcare marketing expert with over 27 years in the business. Proven track record in fostering trusted client relationships and overseeing exemplary agency work across many disciplines and partners.
Before INVIVO BRANDS, John was SVP Group Account Director at the DEFY Collective and Razorfish Health.

Maria Haro
EVP, Creative Director
Maria’s broad advertising experience has involved nearly every aspect of the marketing-communications continuum, from premarket conditioning to product launch to post-patent planning. Her international background has been a particular asset in helping to launch brands—both globally and domestically—that require an understanding of and sensitivity to multicultural consumer behavior, cultural heritage, and the ways in which we communicate.
Maria has been privileged to work on numerous brands for more than 10 years, spanning many different categories, Professional and DTC, including the global rebranding of Avonex and award-winning campaigns for Gardasil, Entresto, Bayer Women’s Healthcare, ETHICON Women’s Health, Singulair, Tredaptive and Spiriva.
Originally from Spain, Maria graduated from Madrid’s School of Graphic Communications and moved to New York in 1994.

Dean DeClue
SVP, Creative Director, Copy
Creative Director with 20+ years experience creating compelling, on-strategy communications for US and global pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. Dean specializes in developing smart communication strategy that translates your product’s key benefits into a motivating brand story, designed to activate customers. He’s an expert in product campaign launches, message development and architecture, creative campaign concepts, tactical planning, development and multi-channel execution of digital/print/video promotional content.
Dean has created both HCP and consumer advertising and communications for many brands including OTC pain relievers (Bayer Consumer Health/Aleve), medical devices for rare brain cancers GBM and (Novocure/Optune) and contraception (Bayer/Mirena) and pharmaceutical therapies for: hypertension (Novartis/Diovan; Astra/Toprol XL), dyslipidemia (Merck Tredaptive/ Zetia/Vytorin), anticoagulation/stroke prevention (Daiichi Sankyo/Lixiana), arrhythmia (Sanofi/Multaq), anemia management (Roche/Mircera), pulmonary arterial hypertension (Pfizer/Revatio), schizophrenia (Janssen/Risperdal), rheumatoid arthritis (Genentech/Rituxan); osteoarthritis (Coviden/Pennsaid), ophthalmology (Pfizer/Xalatan; Omeros Corp/Omidria) and dental health (Cadbury Adams/Trident Professional).
Dean graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Journalism Degree, having majored in Advertising and minored in Photographic Design. He began his career as a market research moderator conducting interviews and focus groups with HCPs and consumers.

Roz Blumenthal, PhD
SVP, Medical Director
Roz has over 25 years of scientific experience since receiving her PhD in Biomedical Science. Roz’s strengths are in critical thinking, data mining from complex research, extracting key take-away points, and presenting vital information in a logical and easy to comprehend manner that is audience-appropriate.
Roz brings 13 years of experience directing an NIH-funded research lab and has >80 peer-reviewed publications. She has taught undergraduate and graduate biology classes and assessed the strengths and weaknesses of new grant proposals while a full member of the NIH grant funding committees. Roz has an additional 15 years of experience in medical communications working on educational and promotional medical content development, scientific strategy and pharmaceutical sales and MSL training. She has worked on several antimicrobial and antiviral brands includes Zerbaxa, Letermovir, seconidazole along with RSV training modules, and a sepsis assay to generate clinically sound, actionable medical insights to share with account, creative and strategy team members.

Greg’s keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of brand identity, brings a unique blend of creative direction and tactical execution to every project. His ability to seamlessly translate ideas into visually compelling narratives has set him apart as a visionary leader in the creative space.

Amy is a strategic program leader with over 18 years of marketing experience, known for driving efficient, high-quality outcomes through creative problem-solving. She leads her team with a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and innovative strategy, consistently anticipating and mitigating risks before they impact programs or projects. Amy sets a clear standard for leadership, empowering her project managers to become effective, solution-oriented professionals.
Prior to joining INVIVO BRANDS, Amy led multidisciplinary teams at both large and boutique agencies. She developed and implemented new standard operating procedures (SOPs), trained teams on best practices, and played a key role in enhancing the quality and scope of the agencies’ digital capabilities.
